Marija Petrovic is an accomplished People Leader with over 10 years of experience in TalentAcquisition, People Operations, and Compensation. She is currently the Director of People Operations and Recruiting at Sourcegraph, where she lead Sourcegraph’s transition to full salary transparency. Previous to Sourcegraph, Marija served as a Talent Partner at Gartner and as the founder and CEO of Ideate Consulting. Marija holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, an M.S. in HR Analytics and Management Resources from American University, and is SPHR certified.

Enrique Esclusa

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Enrique Esclusa is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Assemble. Most recently, Enrique led compensation, strategic finance, and biz ops teams at Expanse (acquired by Palo Alto Networks). Prior to Expanse, Enrique was a growth investor at TPG in San Francisco. He began his career at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Power & Utilities Group. Enrique holds a B.S. in Finance & Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
